Classes have an 8 athlete to 1 coach ratio, and must have 4 registrants to continue.
Athletes must be at least 5 years of age to enroll in a tumbling class (except Tiny Tumbling).

Wondering what to wear?
We suggest light weight shoes, fitted shorts or shorts with compression shorts underneath, a shirt that will not fly around while perfecting your new tumble skills, hair up, and of course, no jewelry.
Tiny Tumbling (Ages 3-5): Introduction tumbling class that focuses on motor skills, balance, and basic fundamentals of tumbling for young athletes. This class is for athletes who have never taken a gymnastics or tumbling class before. Before progressing into our Beginner Tumbling or Level 1-5 tumbling classes, brand new tumblers should start with this class to learn basic fundamental skills at their own pace, without feeling overwhelmed. Classes have a 6 athlete to 1 coach ratio, and must have 3 registrants to continue.
Beginner Tumbling: Class Skills: This class is for ages 5 + NO PRE-REQUISITE required! Skills to include Tuck, Straddle, Pike, Hollow Arch, Hurdle, Cartwheel, Seat Roll, FW Roll, Lunge, Handstand, Handstand Bridge, Back-bend, and other body positions/movements to prepare athletes for Level tumbling classes. Leveled Tumbling: Class Skills: The skills below are what will be worked on during the class of that level. In order to be in a specific level, an athlete must be able to complete all of the skills in the level below.
Level 1: Level Classes are for ages 5+. Class will work on Forward roll, Handstand, Cartwheel, Round-off, Front limber, Back limber, Front walkover, Back walkover, Front walkover Cartwheel, Back walkover, Standing BHS w/ light spot.
Level 2: Standing/Running Back Handspring, Back Walkover Back Handspring, Front Handspring, Front Walkover Round Off Back Handspring and Round Off Back Handspring series.
Level 2/3: This class is designed for flexibility in working through tumbling progressions Level 2 Standing/Running Back Handspring, Back Walkover Back Handspring, Front Handspring, Front Walkover Round Off Back Handspring, Round Off Back Handspring, Round Off Back Handspring Series.
Level 3: focuses on Standing Back Handspring series, front tuck, toe-touch Back Handspring, Round Off Back Handspring series, Round Off Back Handspring Back Tuck, Round Off Back Tuck, Front Tuck, Toe-Touch Back Handspring and aerial.
Level 3/4: This class is designed for flexibility in working through tumbling progressions Level 3 focuses on Standing BHS series, front tuck, toe-touch BHS, R-O BHS back tuck, R-O tuck, front tuck, toe-touch BHS, aerial.
Level 4: focuses on standing skills to tuck and running skills through to layout
Level 4/5: This class is designed for flexibility in working through tumbling progressions. Level 4 focuses on standing skills to tuck and running skills through to layout.
Flex Class: This class will focus on improving flexibility for flying/body positions, jumps, tumbling and overall performance for athletes of all ages, 5+ and prior experience. Classes have an 12 athlete to 1 coach ratio, and must have 3 registrants to continue.
